When Will I Be Billed?

You will be billed for your first Nupe Swagg box at the time of your initial purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew monthly , every 3-months, every 6-months or yearly until you cancel your Monthly, 3-month, 6-month or yearly renewal subscription. Monthly renewals bill on the 1st of each month; 3-month, 6-month, and yearly subscriptions will be renewed on the first of the month of based on the months of service.

Where Is My Nupe Swagg

For our Nupe Swagg monthly subscription, we bill regularly on the first of each month and ship between the 25th and 30th of each month. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so that you may follow your Nupe Swagg box's progress.

What Is Your Exchange or Refund Policy?

If we made an error packing your Nupe Swagg Box, the exchange will be processed promptly and free of charge.  There are no refunds for Nupe Swagg Boxes unwanted by you.  All other exchanges and/or refunds are eligible within seven (7) days of purchase.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy

Monthly Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by emailing us at hello@nupeswagg.com. If you’ve already been billed for the current month’s Nupe Swagg box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle. Your 3-month, 6-month, 12-month subscriptions can only be canceled within the first month, however, you are able to stop auto-renewal of 3-month, 6-month, 12-month subscriptions at any time.
